            Description

            A customer has reported that the the page component flashes white longer then in an earlier release they are upgrading from. I did a simple comparison to see if I could reproduce the reported problem and manged to see a difference. This likely won't be fixed for 4.0 but I'm hoping we can get to it for 4.1. I've been wanted to clean up the page component for some time now but just haven't had the time to allocate to it.

              For the time being I've updated the timer and repaint timer values to give a faster first paint. There seems to be negligible performance penalty for the adjustment but the paint speed is close to or better then 2.2. I would still like to rework our buffer paint in a future release.
