            Description

            A customer has reported that the the page component flashes white longer then in an earlier release they are upgrading from. I did a simple comparison to see if I could reproduce the reported problem and manged to see a difference. This likely won't be fixed for 4.0 but I'm hoping we can get to it for 4.1. I've been wanted to clean up the page component for some time now but just haven't had the time to allocate to it.

              ICEsoft Public SVN Repository #20269 Tue Jan 19 05:42:04 MST 2010 patrick.corless PDF-98 changes dirty image timer refresh rate to quicken the initial paint. There is only one thread used for a timer accross the the page views so I don't mind changes the time to get quicker paint or dirty detection.
