Create new a link annotation for a user-specified region on the page.

      Description

      Add support for ICEpdf Viewer RI users to define a new link annotation in a document by first selection a region of a page via a new toolbar tool, then entering the corresponding annotation attributes in a popup panel for the defined annotation area.

      Supported attributes are:
       - rectangle border color
      - rectangle rollover color
      - link target/destination

          Most of the code for this was added under PDF-74. When an annotation is selected a properties pane is show in the Viewer RI tool pane. This new "Appearance" pane contains the following editable properties.

          • link type: Invisible Rectangle/Visible Rectangle
          • Highlight style: none, invert, outline, push
          • line thickness: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15
          • colour: any rgb colour value.

          All changes occure in real time and are hooked up to store the new stored state in the StateManager for future saves.
