Extremal size of ice-extras.js and icefaces-d2d.js files!

            Description

            Someone add extremally big part of code to this js files lately!
            After compiling software with revision 16076 my simply test app very slowly loads on Firefox.
             
            I think that current scripts has unacceptable file size!

            ice-extras.js - current size 3 123 053 bytes previous 252 028 bytes !
            icefaces-d2d.js - current size 238 417 bytes previous 84 538 bytes !
