            Description

            Create a new annotation tool for highlight annotations. The tool would be relatively straight forward in that it would use features in the highlight API for getting the bounds for a new highlight annotation.

              As part of the major changes around PDF-517, highlight annotation support has been added to the product core. Allowing creation, editing and deletion of annotations.

              Supporting the text markup modes: highlight, stroke out and underline.
