Parsing error with page size information in ICEpdfDefault.properties

            Description

            The ICEpdfDefault.properties file is read the first time the viewer ri is run and copies it's values to the users home directory as part of a persistent settings solutions. The properties file has three errors in in related to the integer values followed by ';' which is causes the number format exception.
