Image does not render in PDF

      Description

      The image on page 29 does not render and may be related to the customer´s other case which is PDF-197.

        Definitely looks to be the same problem as PDF-197. The potential fix I have for PDF-197 works for the sample file they sent however they refer to a black image that is in a different file which we don't have. I'll see if the I can get he zero padding stream working and see if it fixes the banding issue for the patch.

        The black image is likely do to not have the correct JAI libraries on the class path.
