              Here are the two files. They are in UTF-8 file format.

              zh_CN = Simplified

              zh_TW = Traditional

              Please confirm they can be read and displayed properly.

              Converted to the two Chinese bundles to \u encoded format using native2ascii. Did a smoke test using the -Duser.language=zh -Duser.country=CN|TW and things seemed to be in order.
