Total Number Of Pages to print incorrect

            Description

            When i select "all" as print range in the print dialog the print progress dialog shows a total number of Integer.MAX_VALUE

              This patch circumvents the problem, but wouldn't it be better to check this during the iteration over page ranges?

              Thanks for the bug report. I updated the page range iteration to check each range for valid page values and correct accordingly. Seams to work well enough.
