            Description

            In ICEpdf 4.0 beta support for URI and GoTo Actions creation, editing and deletion was added. This bug is to capture support for the annotation launch action.

              I've added basic support for the launch annotation type. Our test suite has a very limited set of test content for this annotation type and as a result we are only offering a subset of editing capabilities.

              For the launch action we'll only be supporting the file entry as a string value containing any file name and or file path. We could add support for editing win entry and fileSpecification data structure in the future but will leave it out for the time being.
