            Description

            Create a Component similar to a common windows slider (or track bar). See image.

            - A simple slider control. Slide Left-Right or Up-Down.
            - Current value
            - Min Value
            - Max Value
            - Change Interval

            - Value Change Event

              Here is the integration of rangeslider control. To use it you need to jar up dojo trunk into a jar and put in WEB-INF lib. (it must be trunk and least from 16-JUN-2008 from svn not a release version or it won't work).

              The problem currently lies with partial submit. Need to find a way to get dojo parser to kick off again since partial screen refresh messes up screen because I think the dom client and server side do not match.

              i think a slider would be a very useful component... also other libraries like richfaces do have a slider (even if it's a very basic implementation). i'd say we should bring it on roadmap.
