Oc4j & Websphere build targets do not include el-api.jar

            Description

            Address ant AuctionMonitor when built with ant Oc4j & ant websphere6.0 targets, the resulting war files do not include el-api.jar file.
            The applications therefore do not work on respective servers.

                OC4J and WebSphere 6.x builds now contain the el-api.jar. Marking this one as FIXED.

                Tested successfully on icefaces1.8 trunk revision# 23171
                el-api.jar is included in the war file.
