Copy is not enable for double and triple clicked text selection.

      Description

      A forum user has pointed out that when a word or line is selected via a double or triple click copy functionality is is disabled. I dug a little deeper and the problem is because we don't fire a propertyChangeEvent in thsese to cases.

        ICEsoft Public SVN Repository #32784 Wed Dec 12 14:08:36 MST 2012 patrick.corless PDF-497 updated teh TextSelectionPageHandler to to fire a TEXT_SELECTED property change event when words are selected via double or triple clicks. The event enables the copy functionality in the RI.
