Due to an old outstanding issue with GlassFish Server, reported in http://bugs.sun.com/view_bug.do?bug_id=6916548, which seemed still apparent with the release of GlassFish Server 3.1, I was unable to get the GlassFish Server cluster environment to be supported. A follow-up JIRA has been created to address the cluster support: http://jira.icefaces.org/browse/IPCK-291

          Marking this one as FIXED.
