Make 1.8.x AxisChart seriablizable

            Description

            The user is encountering a scenario where the application is throwing a NotSerializableException for: com.icesoft.faces.component.outputchart.AxisChart when using the ice:outputChart AxisChart component. The AxisChart implements serializable in ICEfaces 2.0 but not 1.8.2. The symptoms of this issue are identical to the ones mentioned in this forum thread: http://www.icefaces.org/JForum/posts/list/14815.page. This users´s configuration is slightly more complicated with a custom StateManager but serializing the AxisChart should resolve the issue.
