Description
In IE only, when a panelPopup is set to draggable and the popup is dragged to the top or bottom of the browser and the mouse button is released. The popup sticks to the mouse pointer. Clicking the mouse button again drops the popup. This can be reproduced on the online component-showcase.
Step to reproduce:
1. Open popup panel example.
2. Open the draggable popup.
3. Click on the popup header and drag as far to the bottom of the window as possible.
4. When the mouse pointer is no longer in the browser viewable area, release the mouse button.
5. Move the mouse pointer to back in the browsers viewable area, the popup will now follow the pointer as if it was never released.
